This shirt was worn by Pat Bonner against Italy in the US Cup match on 4th June 1992. Ireland lost the match 2-0 and Bonner was sent off during the game. The shirt is unique because it has a number on the front as well as on the back. Nowadays it is common for shirts to have this, but in 1992 it was not. The picture below is of the Irish side lining up before the match against Italy began.

The shirt has been signed on the front by Niall Quinn. Quinn, who also played in the match, gave the shirt away at a soccer skills coaching camp as a prize. He also wrote the details of the match on the front of the shirt.
