This shirt was worn by David O'Leary against Italy in the US Cup match on 4th June 1992. Ireland lost the match 2-0. The shirt is unique because it has a number on the front as well as on the back. Nowadays it is common for shirts to have this, but in 1992 it was not.

The shirt has been signed on the front by the whole squad from 1992. It includes the likes of O'Leary himself, Jack Charlton, Pat Bonner, Ray Houghton, Roy Keane, Mick McCarthy, Tommy Coyne, Andy Townsend, Terry Phelan, Gerry Peyton, Alan McLoughlin, Chris Morris, Paul McGrath, Niall Quinn, John Aldridge and Steve Staunton as well as a few others that I cannot identify. The shirt was presented as a prize at a training camp for children in North London soon after the 1992 US Cup. O'Leary made a guest appearance there and gave it personally to the 'star player' at that training camp. He retained the shirt until quite recently when he auctioned it on a well-known internet auction site.
